float the nolichucky 2

Donahue Bible, who owns land on the Nolichucky River downstream from the intake and discharge site of the proposed double-pipeline between the US Nitrogen plant and the river, addresses approximately 50 people in attendance for Sunday's "Float the Nolichucky" rally at Nolichucky Vineyard, on Fish Hatchery Road. The rally Sunday evening followed the actual float on the river Sunday afternoon. The event was hosted by the environmental advocacy group CWEET (Clean Water Expected in East Tennessee.)
